Booking & Bar Policies
To book a table at our restaurant, you can access our live availability and make a reservation up to 6 months in advance through our website. If you require any further assistance, our reservation lines are open daily from 9am to 7pm. Please note that due to the intimate nature of our restaurant and limited bar space, we cannot always guarantee seating at the bar, but we do our best to accommodate guests for pre-dinner drinks.

What To Know Before You Go - Important Dining Information
A note from the restaurant:Live music is played only on certain days.
Please refer to the performance list on our website to avoid disappointment.
Be advised that we only have limited space in the piano area (bar).
We will do our best to accommodate requests; however, we cannot guarantee.
Live music is heard through the speakers throughout our restaurant.
We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time.

Please note that our restaurant does not have lift access. Please let us know, when booking, if you require a ground floor reservation.

All payment methods are accepted, excluding payments via cheque.
Gifting & Pre-payments
We have a range of gift vouchers available to purchase via our website. If a loved one or colleague is dining with us and you’d like to treat them to a bottle of champagne or some vouchers towards their meal with us then please call us on 012256684412 and we will organise this for you.
Menus & Dietary Requirements
If you or a member of your group has an allergy, intolerance or any other special dietary requirements, just let us know when you book, and our team will be ready to accommodate on the day. Always inform your server of your allergy, intolerance or dietary requirements when ordering. Please check the allergen information each time you visit our restaurant as the recipe or the ingredients may change. You can find all our Menus on our website.
Family Policy
We welcome children and babies of all ages to our restaurant. To ensure we can provide the best possible experience for your family, please include all children (even babies) in your total number of guests when making a reservation. If you require a highchair or additional space for a pushchair, please let us know at the time of booking and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. We want you to feel at home and enjoy your time with us, so don’t hesitate to inform us of any special requirements you may have.
Dog Policy
Guide dogs and certified emotional support dogs are allowed in all our restaurants. We do not allow dogs or any other pets inside our restaurant. Dogs are welcomed in our covered heated terrace.
Waiting List & Walk-Ins
We do not currently operate a waiting list, but you can see live, up-to-date availability on our website. Our restaurant will do its best to accommodate walk-ins but we cannot guarantee availability in busy periods. Any cancelled tables are immediately available online; we recommend that guests periodically check online availability as our online system is live and accurate.
Dress Code
Our dress code is smart-casual and relaxed. Please avoid sporty attire like tracksuits, football shirts, or baseball caps. Smart trainers are allowed.
Cakes, Celebrations & Decorations
To ensure an enjoyable dining experience for all guests, we kindly ask that party decorations and balloons not be brought into the Square Grill House & Piano Bar, unless you have booked one of our private dining rooms. If you wish to celebrate with a cake, please inform us at least 48 hours before your reservation, and we will gladly discuss available options with you. While you are welcome to bring your own cake, please be aware that we are unable to serve outside food for health and safety reasons. However, we can present your cake at your table after your meal and hold it for you to take with you when you depart.
How can I amend my booking?
If you already have a booking with us, you can amend or cancel your booking via your confirmation email or text message. If you still need assistance, please give us a call and a member of our team will be able to help you.
